Banks could pay out $100K in foreclosure mistakes

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

If you went through foreclosure in 2009 or 2010, under the terms of a legal settlement, you are entitled to a free review of your case.

Because of fee discrepancies and errors in paperwork processing, many of the nation's largest banks could pay out more than $100,000 in certain cases.
