LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
A $5,000 reward was announced Wednesday for information leading to the arrests of two men who robbed an armored car driver at a Las Vegas shopping center.
According to Las Vegas Metro police, the robbery happened about 11:50 a.m. on Oct. 5 at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets Mall on Grand Central Parkway.
Police said two white men robbed an armored car driver, who was employed by Garda Cash Logistics, of a bag of money. According to Metro, the hold-up happened as the guard was carrying the bag through the mall.
The company is urging anyone who saw the robbery to contact Metro's Robbery Section at 702-828-3591.
