LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Police said a man shot outside a downtown Las Vegas grocery store on Wednesday has died.
The shooting took place just before 5 a.m. in the 1100 block of E. Fremont Street, near 11th Street, according to Las Vegas Metro police.
Metro said the victim was transported to University Medical Center Trauma, where he was later pronounced dead.
According to police, the shooting took place in the rear parking lot of the business. Police could only describe the suspect as a black man who wore a dark colored jacket.
The Clark County Coroner's office is expected to release the victim's name.
