A 47-year-old North Las Vegas man was identified in a slaying that happened inside a home on Nov. 6.
Eric Deon Langston died of multiple blunt force trauma as a result of a homicide, the Clark County Coroner's office said.
According to NLV police, officers were called to a home in the 2800 block of Haddock Avenue about 3 a.m. on a report of a suspicious situation at the residence.
Officers made their way into the home and found Langston suffering from apparent stab wounds, police said.
Police initially believe the man's death was the result of a homicide that took place inside the home.
Police were seeking a suspect but did not disclose that person's description. However, police did say they are looking for the murder victim's vehicle. It is a 2006 white Dodge Sprinter cargo van with Nevada license plate number 636 YFH.
Police urge anyone with information on the incident to contact the NLVPD at 702-633-9111 or Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
