Members of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Criminal Apprehension Team (CAT) have arrested four fugitives from southern California wanted for murder.
Police said four people were shot and killed in the Los Angeles area on Sunday. Los Angeles police believed four of the suspects fled to Vegas and were driving a black Audi with no license plates and staying in a local hotel.
CAT members located the suspect vehicle in the Silverton hotel parking lot and found that the suspects had checked in. Following surveillance, the four were arrested. They are:
Howard Alcantra, 30;
Ka Pasasouk, 31;
Christina Neal, 33;
Donna Rabulan, 30
Los Angeles detectives have interviewed the suspects, who are currently in Clark County Detention Center awaiting extradition to California.
The CAT team is a federal task force made up of detectives with Metro, Henderson Police and FBI agents.
