HENDERSON, NV (FOX5) -
A man wanted for murder in Arizona was arrested last month in Henderson, the city's police department said Tuesday.
According to Henderson police, 61-year-old Charles Todd was arrested on Nov. 24 in connection to a first-degree murder charge in Prescott, Ariz.
According to a report by the Associated Press, Todd was implicated in the death of 52-year-old David W. Mueller on Nov. 16. Mueller was found dead at his home in Prescott.
Prescott police said Todd was a family friend of Mueller's family, according to the AP report. Todd had also spent time with Mueller's wife in Nevada and Arizona.
The report said search warrants were executed in Henderson, Boulder City and Prescott. Todd was arrested at his home in Henderson.
As of Tuesday, Todd was awaiting extradition to Arizona for the charge.
