Vegas drive collecting dog beds, blankets

The Nathan Adelson Hospice is collecting bedding for animals in need during the cold winter months.

They're looking for gently used or new towels, blankets and dog beds to be donated to local animal shelters.

Donations will be accepted at the following locations:

• 4141 Swenson Street, Las Vegas;
• 3150 N. Tenaya Way, near Cheyenne Avenue, in the MountainView Medical Office Building;
• 1401 S. Highway 160, Suite B, Pahrump;
• 1201 Nevada State Drive, Henderson.

The drive is part of the pet therapy program, where many former shelter animals have been trained to work with patients.
