A construction worker killed on Interstate 15 died after guard rails fell on top of his upper body, according to the Clark County Coroner's office.
Michael Garcia, 26, died on Nov. 28 after a construction site accident on the freeway near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The coroner's office said Garcia died of a blunt force injury of the torso and positional asphyxia as a result of an accident.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is investigating the incident.
