Joseph F. Finn, Jr. C.P.A. (“Finn”) of the firm, of Finn, Warnke & Gayton, LLP (“FWG”) announced today that StereoPill LLC of Boston, MA. has retained FWG to sell its online application business at a sealed bid sale on January 11, 2013.
Prior to an event, StereoPill (http://www.stereopill.com) uses its proprietary crowdsourcing technology to survey event attendees. StereoPill then tallies and ranks the data, and provides the party host and the DJ with detailed information about their guests’ musical preferences.
All the intellectual property will be sold, including: website, all underlying code, intellectual property and marketing materials on Friday, January 11, 2013 at noon. Persons interested in bidding must sign a Confidential Disclosure Agreement (“CDA”) obtained from FWG – IPSaleServices(at)finnwarnkegayton(dot)com or (781) 237 – 8840. They will then receive a bid package.
