LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
A California man who was found unresponsive just outside University Medical Center died of an accidental drug overdose, the Clark County Coroner's office said Monday.
Jason King Forrester, 43, of Irvine, Calif. died of a lethal combination of methadone, morphine, oxycodone and amphetamine, the coroner's office ruled.
According to UMC officials, Forrester was found unconscious outside the Las Vegas hospital on the morning of Nov. 18.
Hospital officials said UMC and the coroner's office were taking up the investigation.
