Boys Town Nevada is hosting a Thanksgivings cooking contest for the kids of their organization.
Under the instruction of mixed martial arts fighter Tyson Griffin, the kids will compete and serve an early Thanksgiving meal to other kids of Boys Town.
The contest will take place on Nov. 14 at 5 p.m. at the Boys Town Nevada Offices on 821 North Mojave Rd.
Boys Town Nevada opened its doors in 1991, the site has five Family Homes where boys and girls learn valuable skills that give them a foundation for a brighter future.
They also provide in-home family services, community support and common sense parenting classes.
To date the program and services and help the lives of more than 20,000 children and families in Nevada.
