One person dead following apartment fire - FOX5 Vegas - KVVU

One person was found dead in an apartment fire near W. Tropicana Avenue and S. Jones Boulevard on Saturday night.
The Clark County Fire Department received a call in reference to a fire at the Foothill Village Apartments around 7:15 p.m.
According to firefighters, multiple apartments were damaged in the two-alarm blaze and one person was found dead inside one of the apartments.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Damage is estimated at $100,000.
The identity and cause of death of the deceased person will be released by the Clark County Coroner's Office
