There was a time when mustachioed men - Tom Selleck, Salvador Dali, Ned Flanders and Rollie Fingers, to name a few – were the epitome of masculinity. Sadly, fashion has changed and those days are probably gone for good.
Weep not, fans of the whisker-laden upper lip area - the Las Vegas Wranglers are bringing them back.
Throughout the month, players, staff and Head Coach Ryan Mougenel are recognizing Movember, a fundraising event aimed at raising awareness about men's health issues.
They tossed their razors far afield and will proudly display hirsute brims throughout the month.
At the end of the month, the heavily mustachioed Wranglers will take to the ice donning Movember jerseys to take on the Orlando Solar Bears. Proceeds collected that evening will benefit a local nonprofit.
