Police said a man was found shot dead east of the Las Vegas Strip early Thursday morning.
According to Las Vegas Metro police, officers were called to the 3800 block of Palos Verdes Street, just off Twain Avenue, about 3 a.m.
Officers found a man on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was ruled dead at the scene, according to Metro.
Police said no arrests were made and homicide detectives were called to investigate the scene.
The Clark County Coroners' office is expected to release the victim's name and cause of death.
