LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada has scheduled public workshops for November to hear input on possible improvements for the Maryland Parkway transit corridor.
According to RTC, the public input sessions will help identify specific transportation improvements needed for the strip of road from downtown Las Vegas to McCarran Airport.
RTC also said the information in the meetings will be used to guide proposed transportation alternatives.
The public workshops are scheduled at the following locations and times:
- Nov. 13th, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.: John C. Fremont Middle School, 1100 E. St. Louis Avenue;
- Nov. 14th, 4:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Bonneville Transit Center, 101 E. Bonneville Avenue.
