LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Not to be outdone by President Barack Obama's visit to North Las Vegas on Thursday, vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will appear in the valley as well.

Rep. Ryan, R-WI, will visit Republican headquarters at 9640 West Tropicana Ave., Suite 106 beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Doors open at 4 p.m.

The visit follows a rally in Reno.

FOX5 will attend the event and have full coverage beginning with FOX5 News at 10.
