
The Las Vegas Halloween Parade is back for a third year.
More than 12,000 participants and spectators head downtown for the free event.
The parade begins at 7 p.m. on Garces and Fourth Street and ends on Third Street between Ogden and Stewart.
Anyone in costume can participate in the walking route, registration takes place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the beginning of the parade route.
Categories include: Best group, best float, best illuminated costume, best Vegas costume and best baby costume.
Everyone is invited to attend the free afterparty taking place on Third Street between Ogden and Stewart.
Winners will be announced at the afterparty at 9:30 p.m.
