'Zombie Bar Crawl' scares up Lake Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Zombies are taking over Lake Las Vegas for the Zombie Bar Crawl going on Friday Oct. 26.

Guests are welcome to dress in costume and for $10 they can buy a pass to sample up to 10 cocktails from all participating restaurants and bars at the Village Lake Las Vegas.

The event will also host a costume contest, pumpkin pie eating and have one of the largest thriller mob dances.

Some of the costume categories include best zombie, best couple, scariest costume and funniest costume; the prize is $200 for each category.

A portion of the money raised will be donated to the Shine Family Foundation, a local nonprofit organization helping local families of deployed military personal and veterans.
