Pedestrian, 6, struck by car, hospitalized

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A 6-year-old pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in east Las Vegas.

Las Vegas Metro police reported the collision at 7:13 p.m. Friday in the 2600 block of S. Bruce Street, just off E. Sahara Avenue.

Police said the juvenile was transported to a local medical center with a broken leg.

Police did not disclose details of the incident.
