LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Twenty bulls that were loose from a vehicle transport were re-captured in northwest Las Vegas, police said.
Las Vegas Metro police said the animals first went loose at 4:18 p.m. Thursday near Jones Boulevard and Washburn Road.
According to police, a vehicle was transporting the bulls when they got out.
Police, though, said all of the bulls were corralled at 4:49 p.m., and there was no longer a danger in the area.
Police are investigating what led to the escape. There was no immediate word of injuries related to the incident.
Thursday's ordeal was reminiscent of an escape involving a bull owned by Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins.
In September, Collins' bull was seen running in the streets of North Las Vegas, causing panic to residents. Authorities were able to tranquilize the bull. A woman sustained injuries in the incident.
