LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Vice President Joe Biden is scheduled to speak at a grassroots event at the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas next week, campaign officials for President Obama said Friday.
Biden, who is making the visit after the only vice presidential debate of the campaign season, is slated to appear at the Events Center at the Culinary Academy at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16.
Campaign officials said tickets to the event will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning Saturday at 10 a.m.
Tickets can be picked up at the following locations:
- Organizing for America - Las Vegas, 3230 E. Charleston Boulevard Suite 111;
- Culinary Workers Union Local 226, 1630 S. Commerce Street;
- AFL-CIO Office, 1891 Whitney Mesa Drive, Henderson;
- Nevada Partners Culinary Training Academy, 710 W. Lake Mead Boulevard, Las Vegas;
