Police moved in on what they described as a sophisticated grow operation in the 3000 block of Palatine Terrace Avenue in Henderson's Seven Hills community to discover 114 marijuana plants with an estimated street value of $342,000.
The house, located in a gated community, was decorated for Halloween and children were living there.
On Thursday, police announced Darren Witty, 39, and Jolie Nevius, 38, were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana and conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.
Police additionally arrested Doyle Williams, 46, for parole violation.
Witty and Nevius will be in court on Oct. 15 at 8:30 a.m. Williams will be in court on charges not related to the grow house bust on Oct. 12.
The investigation was conducted by the Southern Nevada Cannabis and Regional Enforcement (SCORE) Team, a multi-jurisdictional drug control task force.
