Weather cancels evening classes at Desert Rose

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -

Desert Rose High School and Desert Rose Adult High School canceled classes from 2:30 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday because of weather and street closures.

School is expected to resume as normal Friday, according to the Clark County School District. Desert Rose will provide excused absences for those enrolled in Thursday evening classes.

Desert Rose High School is located at 444 W. Brooks Ave in North Las Vegas, NV 89030.
