Dozens of car tires slashed near Lake Las Vegas

HENDERSON, NV (FOX5) -

More than 30 motorists who parked in a garage near Lake Las Vegas discovered their vehicle tires slashed Monday.

Police were called to the area around 29 Montelago Boulevard around 4 a.m. Monday. They arrived on scene to find between 35 and 40 vehicles with slashed tires.

The cars were parked in a large, multi-vehicle parking facility.

The suspect, described as an older white male, was caught on surveillance with something covering his head.

Police are investigating.
