Police searching for 2-time bank robber

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Metro detectives are looking for the man responsible for at least two valley bank robberies, his latest occurring on Thursday.

Police said that just before noon Thursday, the man walked into a bank at Rainbow Boulevard and Robindale Road, approached a clerk, demanded cash and claimed he was armed. The clerk complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police believe the same man robbed a bank on the afternoon of September 27 in the area of Durango Drive and Warm Springs Road.

The suspect is described as being in his 20s, 6', with a thin build, red hair, blue eyes and freckles. He was last seen wearing light blue Kansas City Royals baseball cap, white button down shirt and dark jeans.
