LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Two suspects have been arrested in connection with 23 fiberglass motorcycle saddlebag thefts from various locations along the Las Vegas Strip.

The investigation into the crime spree began with the report of a single incident of theft, and culminated with officers serving a search warrant at a residence shared by the two suspects, identified as Gino Stewart, 24, and Raymond Garcia, 23.

Recovered at the residence were ten sets of saddlebags valued at between $1000 and $1,500 per set. Also recovered were various items of personal property inside the saddlebags at the times they were stolen.

The incidents, currently under investigation, happened between Aug. 29 and Sept. 17.

During the investigation, LVMPD detectives worked closely with security teams from several Strip hotels and casinos.

Stewart and Garcia were charged with four counts of grand larceny, six counts of possession of stolen property, four counts of conspiracy to commit grand larceny, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Police believe the suspects may have victimized other individuals. The investigation is ongoing.
