Oyster-shucking competition benefits local food bank - FOX5 Vegas - KVVU

An oyster-eating competition is bringing the city's best chefs out of the kitchen to help raise money for Three Square Food Bank.
The fourth annual Oyster Shuck and Swallow Competition is being held at FIRST Food & Bar inside the Shoppes at The Palazzo on Wednesday.
Vegas' top chefs will battle to see who can shuck and swallow the most oysters within 10 minutes.
The winner will receive a Shuck & Swallow trophy and, of course, bragging rights.
The event starts at 3 p.m. with the restaurant offering food and drink specials while the competition goes on.
