LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Las Vegas Metro police were seeking a vehicle they believe struck a woman in downtown and fled the scene.
According to police, a woman was found lying in the northbound lanes of Fremont Street, south of Oakey Boulevard, about 7:45 p.m. Monday.
Police said officers found a large, broken driver's side mirror housing and other debris lying in the roadway near the woman.
The woman, who was not identified, was transported to Sunrise Trauma Center with critical injuries, including severe facial trauma, according to police.
