The driver who Nevada Highway Patrol believes caused a deadly accident just after Friday evening, has turned himself in to police.
State troopers told FOX5 they were in contact with the driver at 9 a.m. on Saturday and later arrested him at Faith Lutheran private school at Hualapai and Charleston.
The accident happened just after 7 p.m. Friday on northbound 215 at Sahara Avenue, police said.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the driver fled the scene after causing a multiple vehicle accident.
Troopers said one person died en route to the hospital. Two victims are being treated at the hospital for injuries.
