If you're old enough, you remember a time before Nirvana, Pearl Jam and grunge. The hair was huge, the spandex everywhere and the music had killer hooks.
Now you can travel back to the time when bands were more concerned with nonstop partying than existential angst and the order of the day (and night) was fun.
Rock of Ages is coming to The Venetian Las Vegas and tickets go on sale Saturday, Sept. 22 at 10 a.m.
Performances begin Dec. 18 with tickets ranging between $45 and $115 plus taxes and fees.
The musical tells the tale of Drew, a boy from "South" Detroit, and Sherrie, a small-town girl. They're in 1987 Los Angeles, chasing dreams of stardom.
Featuring songs by Journey, Pat Benatar, Whitesnake and many more, Rock of Ages is currently being performed on Broadway, in London and on a U.S. tour.
