Power outage forces students out of Eldorado HS

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Eldorado High School was evacuated Wednesday due to a power outage, Clark County School District police said.

According to the school district, students were transported by bus Wednesday morning to Desert Pines High School to continue their day.

Officials said they would be bussed back at the end of the school day for normal home transport.

Parents were also notified of the outage.

CCSD said NV Energy were called to the school to address the power issue. There was no word on what caused the outage.
