LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
The annual DISH Las Vegas event returns to benefit Three Square on Sept. 20 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Palms Pool and Bungalows at the Palms Casino Resort.
The event is presented by IGT and Smith's Food & Drug Stores, featuring a variety of tasting stations by top Las Vegas restaurants, an array of cocktails and a concert by local favorites Zowie Bowie.
Organizers say attendees will experience an exciting and unique culinary event, providing an opportunity to taste delicious food from more than 20 of Las Vegas' best restaurants including Bagatelle Las Vegas, NOVE Italiano, Top of the World Restaurant, LAVO Italian Restaurant & Nightclub and Bar+Bistro @ The Arts Factory, among others.
Attendees can also mingle with Las Vegas' top chefs and bid on high-end silent auction items.
"For the fourth year, DISH Las Vegas will be raising money to provide food and hope to those less fortunate in our community," said Brian Burton, president and chief executive officer of Three Square Food Bank. "DISH has become the culinary event of the fall – providing delicious food and drink and live entertainment at a fabulous Las Vegas venue."
Tickets are all-inclusive and are priced at $100 per person for advanced tickets and $150 per person when purchased at the door.
Event proceeds will help provide nutritious food to Southern Nevada children, seniors and families struggling with hunger.
