LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
The 3-1-1 non-emergency phone line will be unavailable early Wednesday morning, Las Vegas Metro police said.
The phone line that Metro makes available for administrative and non-emergency calls will be offline from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m., police said.
An upgrade of equipment will be done during the temporary break in service.
Metro said the 9-1-1 emergency system will remain available.
