LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
The WB lanes of State Route 160 were closed near Fortney Road Monday after a pick-up rolled over a woman during a serious accident involving a dump truck.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, a black Toyota pick-up was approaching Fortney Road when a dump truck pulled out in front of it around 9 a.m. The rear of the Toyota was clipped, causing it to roll over into the right shoulder.
A female passenger in the pick-up was ejected from the vehicle before it rolled onto her.
The woman was transported by helicopter with critical injuries.
A man was driving the Toyota pick-up at the time of the accident.
Portions of SR160 were closed Monday as crews worked the accident. The roadway was reopened by 10:45 a.m.
