NLV pawn store robbed

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -

According to North Las Vegas police, a pawn store located in the 2100 block of West Craig Rd. was robbed Thursday evening, the thief getting away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The man, armed with a handgun, fled the store in a car which police were able to quickly locate. A brief chase ensued, with the suspect crashing his car near Smoke Ranch Rd. and Michael Way.

Police have not located the suspect. There are searching residential areas in the area of Michael Way.
