NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -

An arrest warrant has been issued for a North Las Vegas man accused of 20 counts of gross lewdness, some of which were alleged to have happened while he was a foster parent.

According to North Las Vegas police, Marvie Lee Hill, 37, is wanted on the charges of open and gross lewdness and a count of child abuse.

Detectives said they were investigating the alleged incidents that were being reported by a teen said to have been in Hill's care.

The incidents were reported to have happened in 2008, according to NLVPD. Police noted the alleged victim was Hill's foster son at the time.

Police said Hill was a licensed foster parent but has since been revoked of the licensure.

Police describe Hill as a black man, 6'1", about 215 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Detectives said he frequents the area of Craig Road and Commerce Street. Police believe he is still in the Las Vegas area.

Police urge anyone with information on the case to call NLVPD at 702-633-9111 or Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
