NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -
Continued work on a bridge over Interstate 15 in North Las Vegas is expected to close a couple of lanes of traffic Monday.
One or two northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 15 will be closed from 9 p.m. through 5 a.m., from Monday through Thursday this week, according to city officials.
The closures are expected to affect traffic between Cheyenne Avenue and Lake Mead Boulevard, officials said.
The closure is being institute in order for crews to erect steel girders and install deck forms for the N. 5th Street Bridge.
The $30 million project is expected to be completed next year.
