KINGMAN, AZ (FOX5) -
Two Kingman, Ariz. women were arrested for allowing four young children to live in apparent squalor conditions.
According to the Mohave County Sheriff's Department, Linda Ruby Pinto, 58, and her daughter Linda Reann Pinto, 19, were charged for felony child abuse on Aug. 24.
Deputies were called to their motor home on a welfare check, the sheriff's department said.
Authorities said deputies found a makeshift outdoor shower, human feces near the home and two large coolers filled with dirty dishes in stagnant water.
Deputies also noted spoiled food and mattresses with mold inside the motor home, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies located and arrested the two women. The 19-year-old Pinto is the daughter to Linda Ruby Pinto, deputies said.
Authorities also said Child Protective Services took custody of Linda Ruby's three young children - all ranging in age from 9 to 12 years old - and Linda Reann's own 2-year-old child.
Both Pinto women were booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Kingman, Ariz. is located nearly 90 miles from Las Vegas.
