LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
The Clark County School District school year starts Monday, and Metro will be out in full force, focusing on pedestrian enforcement.
From 7 a.m. until 5 p.m., officers will patrol more than 20 school locations throughout the valley, selected for having a high number of pedestrian collisions.
Police will be patrolling the locations in an effort to meet the state of Nevada's goal of "Zero Fatalities."
