Dramatic flood control channel rescue video emerges - FOX5 Vegas

Video captures dramatic flood rescue in Boulder City

BOULDER CITY, NV (FOX5) -

FOX5 has obtained new, dramatic video of a flood control channel rescue Wednesday in Boulder City.

The video shows what appears to be a teen boy rapidly moving with the rushing water. The first attempt to snatch him from the channel is unsuccessful. Just a few feet down the channel, rescuer were able to grab the victim and pull him from the channel.

One of the rescuers has been identified as Erik Corderman.

The name of the person who was pulled from the channel is not yet known.
