LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
A corrections officer working for Las Vegas Metro police was charged Thursday on a count of domestic violence, battery.
Metro police said 47-year-od Jason Grove was placed on paid administrative leave following his arrest on Aug. 16.
Police did not release many specific details regarding Grove's arrest.
Metro's Public Information Office said Grove was also charged with driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license.
Grove has been employed with Metro police since July 1996, according to police.
