LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Clark County Fire Department is set to host a final meeting intended to collect input from the public.
Thursday's meeting is scheduled to take place at the Enterprise Library at 25 E. Shelbourne Avenue at 5 p.m.
Organizers said meeting attendees are being asked to share their thoughts on the fire department and how it can improve service to the community in order to form a strategic plan, organizers said.
CCFD said the input will help the department evaluate current policies and procedures and set long-term goals.
A total of three meetings were scheduled over the last week.
Public meetings to shape the department's strategic plan took place in 2005. A strategic plan is expected to be completed by January, 2013.
