LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Three people escaped a fire that destroyed a trailer home in east Las Vegas early Thursday morning.

Clark County Fire Department reported the incident in the 2700 block of Tetonia Street, near Vegas Valley Drive and Nellis Boulevard, about 3:20 a.m.

Fire officials did not immediately give a cause of the fire.

Officials noted the family living at the home was in the process of moving out.

CCFD estimated damage at about $60,000.
