Troy Mullner, 45, known as the "Mustached Bandit," has been indicted by a grand jury on a number of counts in connection with a series of robberies, the Clark County DA's office has confirmed.
Mullner, given the nickname for his facial hair, is accused of robbing a number of eateries and electronic stores, RadioShack among them.
Mullner faces charges of robbery, robbery with a deadly weapon, attempted robbery, burglary and burglary with a deadly weapon.
Lt. Ron Fox with the Metropolitan Police Department's Robbery Section said officers from Southwest Command recognized Mullner as the man fitting the description of the "Mustache Bandit." Mullner was arrested after he was stopped and questioned about the robberies, Fox said.
