LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The Jersey Boys show first hit Broadway, then the Las Vegas strip and now it's heading to the big screen!

The Tony Award winning musical is being turned into a movie, and it's being directed by the same guy who brought us "Iron Man", actor Jon Favreau.

The movie, which will be based on the story of Frankie Valle and the Four Seasons, is set to start shooting in New York City January 2013.

In the meantime, they're still looking to cast the lead roles. Open casting calls are happening Aug. 18 in Philadelphia and Aug. 25 in New York City.

But you can also audition online by clicking here.

You can check out the Jersey Boys live over at the Paris Las Vegas.
