The campaign for GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney is slated to kick off a five-day bus tour of Nevada Monday.
The bus tour is scheduled to begin at Romney headquarters in Las Vegas at 9640 W. Tropicana Avenue at 9 a.m.
The tour is coming a weekend removed from Romney's official announcement of Rep. Paul Ryan, R-WI, as the candidate's vice presidential nominee.
Officials said its campaign bus will serve as a mobile campaign site to recruit volunteers. The bus will make visits in 12 towns and cities across the Silver State.
The tour will also make stops Monday in Laughlin and Searchlight. Neither Romney nor Ryan is expected to make appearances in southern Nevada.

Meanwhile, Latino supporters of President Barack Obama are set to kick off a "Week of Action" in Las Vegas on Monday.
Nevada Assemblywoman Lucy Flores is expected to join Latino community leaders and Obama campaign volunteers in the rally at the Las Vegas Latin Chamber of Commerce.
The event is expected to start at 12 noon at 300 N. 13th Street.
