
The Clark County Fire Department responded to an apartment fire at the 3900 block of South Jones Boulevard near Flamingo Road at around 4:10 a.m. Saturday.
Upon arrival, heavy fire and smoke was showing from one apartment unit on the ground floor.
Two adults were transported with minor injuries.
One adult was displaced and is receiving assistance from the American Red Cross.
Damage is estimated at $50,000.
The cause of the fire was due to smoking in bed.
