LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Hard Rock Café wants Las Vegans to "Take Time to Be Kind." Both Hard Rock locations are collecting children's books Tuesday as part of the "Rock the Cause" movement.
The movement is a year long philanthropic effort. Hard Rock is focusing on children during the month of August.
Books donated to Hard Rock will be given to Spread the Word Nevada. The organization has received numerous accolades for work supporting children's reading programs. This year Spread the Word Nevada distributed its 2 millionth book.
