Forklift accident victim ID released

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -

Officials have released the name of a man killed during an industrial accident in North Las Vegas Thursday.

53-year-old Gustavo Sanchez was killed when a forklift fell on him at Rocky Mountain Recycling facility. The Clark County Coroner's office has ruled the death accidental.

NLVPD told Fox5 Friday that the investigation had been handed over to OSHA, and wasn't able to provide further details.

OSHA told FOX5 Monday that it has up to 90 days to complete the investigation. OSHA will not release anymore information until the investigation is completed.
