LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -
Authorities said a 37-year-old man was shot multiple times after a brawl at an east Las Vegas convenience store.
Chadrick Wilson died as a result of a homicide early Thursday, the Clark County Coroner's office said.
Las Vegas Metro police reported the shooting about 12:20 a.m. at the Sahara Mini-Mart in the 5100 block of E. Sahara Avenue.
According to police, there was an altercation inside the convenience store involving Wilson and another man. The suspect pulled out a handgun and shot Wilson several times.
The victim was transported to Sunrise Hospital Trauma Center where he was pronounced dead.
Police said they were seeking a black man between 20 and 25 years old, standing between 5'7" and 5'8". He was last seen wearing a white shirt and khaki shorts. He fled the scene on foot.
Police did not say if the victim and suspect knew each other.
